What We Build

Metal roofing. Nothing else.

No siding, no gutters, no shingles. Metal roofs are the entire business — and doing one thing means doing it better, faster, and for less.

Standing Seam

Concealed-fastener panels with clean vertical lines. No exposed screws, nothing to back out, nothing to reseal — the premium system, installed to spec.

Snap-lock · Mechanical lock

Exposed Fastener

The workhorse metal roof. Same steel, simpler install, easier price — gasketed fasteners set on the line by crews who do this every day.

Homes · Barns & outbuildings

Repair & Restoration

Leaks, failed seams, storm damage. We diagnose first and fix what's broken — no pushing you into a whole new roof.

Two Systems, One Standard

Standing seam vs. exposed fastener.

Both are premium metal, installed by the same in-house crews. The difference is the look, the fastening, and the price — here's the honest breakdown.

Our Steel

Michigan metal,

Let's Talk Cost

Yes, metal costs more than shingles. Ours costs less than theirs.

We're not going to dance around price. A metal roof is a bigger check than a shingle roof — once. Here's why the math works.

01

Focus is cheaper

Metal is all we buy, all we stock, and all our crews install. No learning on your roof, no padded bids — we consistently price under contractors who "also do" metal.

02

One roof, not three

A shingle roof gets bought two or three times while one metal roof just sits there working. Buy once and you're out of the roof-buying business for good.

03

A real number, free

Free inspection, written price, zero pressure. If a repair solves it, we'll tell you that instead — it's your money.

Our Work

Roofs we've stood behind.

Real homes, real roofs, no stock photos. This is what "made to last" looks like.

Start to Finish

How a roof happens.

One real job, photographed at every stage — so you know exactly what to expect before we show up.

Tear-off and inspection
STAGE 01

Tear-off & look

Old shingles come off (or stay, if we're going over the top) and we inspect every inch of the deck.

Fresh decking installed
STAGE 02

Fix the deck

Soft spots and rot get replaced now — a metal roof is only as good as what it's fastened to.

Underlayment installed
STAGE 03

Underlayment

Synthetic underlayment and ice & water shield go down — the waterproof backup layer.

Panels and trim going on
STAGE 04

Panels & trim

Custom-cut panels set on the line, then ridge, valleys, chimneys, and sidewalls — the detail work that decides whether a roof ever leaks.

Finished roof at walkthrough
STAGE 05

Clean up & walk it

Magnet-sweep the yard, haul the debris, and walk the finished roof with you. Then we're done — and so are you, for good.

Why One & Done

Built for strength.
Designed for Michigan.

01

We diagnose first

We look before we quote. You get a real explanation and photos, not a scare tactic and a same-day contract.

02

In-house, start to finish

Every person on your roof is on our payroll — tear-off through final ridge cap. No subs, no strangers, no quality roulette. That's how the work stays ours to stand behind.

03

Everything in writing

Scope, materials, and price on paper before a single panel goes up. No surprise line items at the end.

04

Yours for life

Buy this roof once and you're done. No re-roofs, no next time, no shingle cycle. It's the name of the company because it's the whole point.

How It Works

Four steps, no runaround.

STEP 01

Free inspection

We come out, get on the roof, and find out what's actually going on.

STEP 02

Written estimate

A clear scope and price. Repair or replace, we tell you which and why.

STEP 03

We install

Our crew does the work, cleans up daily, and treats the house like ours.

STEP 04

Final walkthrough

We walk the finished roof with you and stand behind the warranty.

Common Questions

What homeowners ask before they call.

The stuff everyone wonders about metal roofs — answered straight, no salesman spin.

Is a metal roof loud when it rains?

Nope — that's tin-barn memory talking. Your roof goes over a solid deck and underlayment, so rain sounds about the same as it does on shingles. Some folks say it's actually quieter.

Can you install over my existing shingles?

Often, yes — one layer in decent shape can stay put, which saves you the tear-off cost and keeps a dumpster out of your driveway. The free inspection settles whether your roof qualifies.

How long will it actually last?

The steel is good for 40–70 years, and the paint finish carries a 40-year warranty. Realistically, it's the last roof the house needs while you own it.

Will hail dent it? Will snow slide off in sheets?

Hail that would destroy shingles usually just tests metal — big hail can cosmetically dent panels, but they keep shedding water. Snow does release in slides; where that matters (over doors and walkways) we add snow guards.

Will it mess with my cell phone reception?

Not usually. A metal roof alone rarely causes cell problems — if you get a good signal outside, you'll still get reliable service inside.

Reception issues are almost always about weak coverage in your area, not the roofing material. And if your signal was shaky to begin with, Wi-Fi calling or a simple cell booster restores strong, consistent service fast.

What about walking on it, rust, or lightning?

You can walk it (we'll show you where to step), the galvanized steel and paint system is exactly what the 40-year warranty covers, and no — metal roofs don't attract lightning.

Do the screws ever come loose?

On standing seam there are no exposed screws — nothing to loosen. On exposed fastener, the gasketed screws want a check-up every several years; we tell you the schedule up front.

What does it cost?

More than shingles up front — once. Run the estimator above for an honest ballpark on your house in 60 seconds, no contact info needed.

Do you fix leaks, or only do full roofs?

Both. If a repair solves it, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a roof — it's your money.
